At all our events, please feel free to bring anything else to make yourself comfortable like a blanket, pillow and water!
By combining the sounds of a 38-inch Paiste Earth, 24-inch Uranus & 22-inch Neptune Gongs, 36-inch & 22-inch Chau Gongs, a 19-inch Grotta Sonara Cosmic Gong & Mini Sound Plate, over 20 Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, 22-inch Wave Drums and Waterfall Disk, Tongue Drum & Sansula, Tuning Forks, Koshi & Zaphir Chime sets and Tingsha Bells, Karen and Yvonne will provide a powerful sound bath experience, which can be enjoyed either lying down or sitting in a chair. Studies have shown that sound vibrations can help reduce stress, enhance immune system function, slow down and balance brain wave activity and help increase levels of inner peace.
