Healing Circle with a Singing Bowl Sound Bath

The class with consist of breathwork, gentle yoga stretches and poses, a guided meditation and vibrational healing using multiple Singing Bowls!

Relax & Rejuvenate with Restorative Yoga & Reiki Healing

WHAT IS RESTORATIVE YOGA?  Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga, your muscles will be allowed to relax deeply. The use of props, like blocks, bolsters, and blankets, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body.  The class is limited to a few restorative poses, which include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends that are sequenced and held for extended periods of time.   Restorative yoga can be an excellent way to relieve stress while enjoying long, meditative stretches.  Restorative classes are very calming, making them a good complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to the daily challenges of life.

WHAT IS REIKI HEALING?  Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.  A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.  Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement.

Qi Gong Workshop- Movement, Meditation, & Breathwork to Improve Health & Energy Levels

Learn about the Ancient Chinese practice of Qi (Chi) Gong (Kung).  Qi Kung is a combination of slow, moving exercises, meditations and breath-work practices to improve and harmonize the flow of qi (life force energy) within the body. Qi Gong is easy to learn, non-strenuous and doesn’t require a lot of room to be performed.  Some of the benefits of Qi Gong are increased physical strength and flexibility, enhanced mental function and aiding in the reduction of stress.

The workshop will introduce you to meditation, breathwork sequences and the slow flowing movements of medical Qi Gong to improve your health and energy levels.

Wear comfortable clothing and footwear (like sneakers) to participate.  Bring water and eat lightly before class.  Qi Gong exercises can be done standing or sitting.  Chairs will be provided.  Space is limited.

Restorative Yoga Workshop

An evening of calm to reset the entire body and mind

Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga, the muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body.

Restorative classes are very calming, making them a good complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress.
