Petra’s yoga journey began in the Czech Republic but her true connection with yoga didn’t start until years later in the U.S.

Her yoga practice is enhanced by her passioned pursuit of yoga wisdom. Petra teaches classes from her heart creating an uplifting and harmonious space for students to explore their own body
and mind.

Sherry Fusco

Sherry began her personal yoga practice as a way to find flexibility. As a long distance runner she always suffered from tight hamstrings. Not only did she grow more flexible, she became stronger and more fearless both on and off the mat.

"Yoga inspires me to live my life in the present moment and more mindfully. I decided to train to be an instructor to share this feeling with the yogis and yoginis who come to my classes for guidance."

It is her hope to help students step off the mat at the end of class having nurtured the body, mind and soul with yoga, feeling refreshed and balance
